Earlybird Workshop – 3:00 to 4:30 – What is Reverse Polarity, and can it effect your park?
Wade Elliot, of Utility Supply Group will speak to the 2020 requirements on for all new RVs to be equipped with reverse polarity detectors. Learn how you should prepare your electrical systems and how to manage the guests’ electrical experience. $45
Making the most of your CalARVC membership Workshop: 4:30 to 5:30pm – Join CalARVC board members and staff for an informal introduction to CalARVC and how to make the most of your membership for new and experienced members. $Free
Earlybird Dinner: 6:00 pm – Arriving early? Join your peers for a catered dinner in a casual setting while networking and meeting new friends. $30

Sustainability Challenge: In an effort to create an environmentally friendly event we are offering our Sustainability Challenge! Bring your own reusable coffee cup and receive 2 additional raffle tickets. Bring your own bamboo utensil set and earn 5 additional raffle tickets. Share your best sustainability tip at introductions to earn 2 additional raffle tickets.

Keynote Session: 10:00am – Join CalARVC’s own Dyana Kelley as we explore the differences between Customer Service and Customer Experience. Bring home unique ideas to improve your guests’ “Customer Experiences.” Next interact with a panel from California parks sharing how they provide a “Customer Experience.”
Lunch: 12:00 to 1:00pm – Build your own Burger Bar!
Lunch Presentation: 1:00pm – Tents 4 Troops—How to get involved and create a lasting experience for our military families.
Roundtable Topics: 1:30pm – The Electrical Customer Experience, Ask the Attorney About the Split Roll Initiative, What Does Your Online Presence Say About your Customer Experience, Sustainability and the Customer Experience, Ask HCD, Firewood, Pests and the Customer Experience, Defibrillators and your park – what you need to know.
New! Complimentary review of your online presence: 3:30 to 5:00pm – Your online listing is where the Customer Experience begins. Meet with CalARVC staffers to review your Camp-California listing and how you can improve your Customer Experience.
New! Poker Park Tour with Wine and Beer Tasting: 5:00pm – Join us for a new twist to our park tour. As you cruise the park you will visit 4 stations that will provide a beer or wine tasting and a poker card. Additional opportunities to buy or win cards will present themselves throughout the day with the proceeds supporting our RECPAC. Best 5 card hand will win!
Dinner & Raffle: 6:00pm – Close out the day with friends and colleagues and make the most of your time out of the office while enjoying a catered dinner.
Campfire: 8:00pm – Continue your conversations and networking by the campfire with a Gourmet Smores Bar!
